It's nearly unanimous ! What we have here is a 1937 Hayes. I really don't know much about this bus, it was in with a bunch of photos I just received from Dan Souday. Apparently it is known as a "teardrop", as Bill said, that name is in the overhead display on the front of the bus. What ever the details are, it sure is nice ! Thanks to Dan for the photos; Bill White had this 1st.
