I've got a trailer with that type of front axle under it.  One hubcap still is on, though beat up.  It says IH.  Steel spokes, no brakes, about 1928, from what I've tried to match with pictures.

The I's have it, IH's that is. This truck is a mid '20's International. I'm pretty sure it is an S series. With its chrome radiator shell it looks like it was a pretty spiffy truck in its day. Don MacKenzie had this 1st; thanks to Mike W for the photo.
