Chance for a late entry here...

Although made by QMC, was this technically a "Standard Fleet" unit, as Crismon would have said?

Brian Kelly has this, but if you said Army Quartermaster Corps we'll give you credit too. This is a US Army Type 50 firetruck, a 750 GPM unit built by the Quartermaster Depot at Ft Holabird starting around 1938. Its ancesters were the WW1 Liberty trucks, with a series of pumpers built on that chassis around 1930. At least 2 other Liberty based versions were built until the Type 50 was standardized. The Type 50 still carried "USA on the radiator just as the Liberty trucks did. I do not beleive these USA Type 50 pumpers were related to the QMC Standard Fleet trucks built at Ft Holabird from 1928 to 1932, the QMC trucks were all new designs and not Liberty truck based. Thanks to Don MacKenzie for the photos. The other b&w is from the Life Magazine Collection, while the restored truck is owned by Al Diehl.

Here is another USA in Cloudcroft, NM in a small private museum collection as I recall. F15H Continental engine - unfamiliar to me and not mentioned on any other Continental engine list that I've found.
