I'd be helpless if that ever came up for sale....

As long as I'm dreaming, it looks like a hint of a streamlined headlight into the fender. Maybe it's a Pierce Arrow, or maybe the body builder wanted to spruce up his Packard?

Give it to Warren Richardson, this is a 1910 Packard Model 30 with 150,000 miles on it, quite a feat for the 'teens. No doubt this little pickup was based on Packard's heavy automobile chassis. Notice the tire chains and snow on the ground. Bruce, I think it is just the shading thast makes those huge headlamps look like part of the fender, they are separate. Thanks to Mike W for the photo, and also the 1910 Packard delivery truck below.
