That cab resembles a I.H. farm tractor cab. I'll say International Harvester.

I kind of like the Ma Bell angle, but we have to give this one to John Frances. This truck is a 1969 Madsen FC180C built for the refuse business. I was surprised to find that Madsen goes all the way back to 1948, building special purpose trucks, buses, fire engines, and refuse haulers on custom chassis. A variety of engines were available, including Ford, Hall-Scott, International, and White for gas burners, and Cummins, Detroit, and Waukesha diesels. Dual cab models were built starting in 1971, with production ending in 1973. Thanks to the Mroz encyclopedia for the info, and Bill White for the photos.
