Don has it, this is a General Vehicle Company electric truck or, as they were more commonly known, GV Electrics. This is a 1917 model featured in an ad from that year. GV trucks were built in New York City from 1906 to 1920. Thanks to Bill White for the ad below; the last photo is another 'teens model from Dan Souday.
