I would say that this truck is a Diamond T with a Kenworth radiator and a shopbuilt or Kenworth hood. Most likely Interstate Motor Lines had a wrecked KW and a DT with a crunched nose and made one truck out of them. Dart is not a bad guess either as they did use some DT cabs, but I think this one originally rolled out of C.A. Tilt's Chicago factory. Thanks to Don MacKenzie for this interesting pic.
