I have a RTO 12513 and when I select the spliter to Overdrive I hear air coming from bottom of the range cylinder at the back of the transmission. I think this is due to truck sitting for such a long period of time. Can anyone give me a a part # for the range cylinder or is there a kit and I can clean and replace O rings TIA.

the cylinder may B a little dry
add a teaspoon of caster oil in the air line
