The rims true name is "demountable rim" the wheel (hub) is spoke wheel. They were made by many mfg, There isn't only one.
The hubs were made by hub mfg like Webb and Gunite as well as others.
Rims were made by all major mfg of rims, Goodyear, Firestone, Budd, Dayton. etc.
