Everytime I try to log in I get this message "error in instantforum 414" and it will not go away until I delete cookies. Don't know alot about computer but could use some help. Thanks, Chuck

The search string limit is too long
if U search for a 3 or less letter word eg: Reo, KW, GMC, FWD, USA etc
the message sez
'You must provide a longer search term'
soon as U add nuther word to search ( reo truck )
it then brings up a few reo plus 4 million truck

You can search for a word as small as two letters.

Swishy when you used this link you didn't drop down the list and select which forum you wanted to search. See exhibit B & C. If you select the search link at the top of the page you don't need to select a forum it searches everywhere.

OK,
Swishy now that I know how you are going about this I can reproduce the error you are getting. I'll add it to my list, for now you can use the search from the home page to get search results for two letter searches.

Chuck,
Can you confirm that you are logged in when you click on an attachment?
Check to make sure you are not blocking pop-up windows, thats how attachments are displayed.
Let me know if either of these are a solution.
