The FWD transmissions were the same way--as I recall.

Take the bolts out and pry them apart and all you hear is PLINK-PLINK PLINK !  Now---who ya gonna call?  HALLIBURTON

This was the good ole days.  Halliburton was the only info on FWD's around these parts.

We didn't fool anyone today, and everyone followed Don MacKenzie's lead. This FWD looks like and H model from the 1940's, and is missing its distinctive grilleshell and bumper. This one may have been re-engined as it appears to have a much smaller radiator installed. Thanks to newfie trucker R. Earl White for the photo, with the fire truck below coming from Dan Souday.
